He is full of farm-boy work ethic and a passion for all things new. He blends common sense with the latest technologies on each project he’s involved with. Throwing free time to the wind, he has released several open-source projects and is a well-known blogger in the Ruby on Rails community.

Hoyt lives to make technology work for people. Solving real world problems by understanding and acting on peoples needs.
A problem solver at heart, he loves working with his coworkers and clients to truly understand the problem and search out the best solution. An autodidact from an early age, he was home-schooled and raised with a strong work ethic, working for his father and then starting his first business at 14. Buying a failing computer store at 23 and making it profitable before selling it, he knows what it takes to be successful, from communication and understanding, to elbow grease and honesty.

Matt has great excitement and energy in designing applications that are not only beautiful and easy to use but also that make everyday living an easier task. He has years of experience in both traditional print and interactive design. A front end designer that loves getting into the code and developing what could be the next big thing. A Michigan local Matt attempts to bring balance to the Notre Dame fanatics by cheering on the Maze and Blue of the University of Michigan. He is passionate about life, to teach and be taught and is always eager for the next challenge.

- Go up the stairs, and go down the hallway to your right.
- Go through the door at the end of the hallway on your right.
- There will be an elevator just up and around the corner to the left. Take it to the 5th floor.
- Our office is directly in front of you when you get off the elevator on 5, the 6th floor room is up the stairs to your right.
